Set a time restriction for completing a certain objective to ensure that your child completes the activity in the allotted time to maximize their concentration. Setting strict time restrictions may also have an impact on their capacity to focus. Time restrictions of 15 or 20 minutes will keep them focused on the work and prevent their attention from wandering too far. 5. Make Enough Physical Activity Available

There are several games available on the market that require concentration and force children to think. You can assist kids to have fun while also improving their concentration and focus by presenting them with activities that require careful preparation and memory usage.

9. Promote Rest

Ensure that your child does not stay up too late on weekdays and that he or she gets adequate sleep at night. Resting the child''s active body and brain is critical if you want to increase his or her focus. Encourage him to relax during the day as well, since he may be busy all day with a variety of activities, and having a nap will enhance his attention levels.  This helps in concentration and better focus.

10. Breathing Exercises 

When the brain obtains appropriate levels of oxygen, it can function at its best. Ask your kid to do some simple breathing exercises to improve his mind, and if he doesn''t appear interested, you may join him. Making breathing exercises more enjoyable can be accomplished by blowing soap bubbles or using musical instruments such as the harmonica. This helps in concentration and better focus.
