Kids are curious and snoopy. Many chemical products like soap, shampoo, or a floor cleaner have such an alluring odor that kids start meddling with their bottles and consume or inhale them. This can be very dangerous. It is suggested to keep all these chemical products locked in a cabinet or on a high shelf well out of reach of the kids.
Electrical outlets, their plug points, switches, and holes are very tempting for kids to mess around with their fingers in. In the case of an infant or toddler, they do not have control over their actions and could pull up all these objects onto themselves and bury their face in blankets, pillows, and soft toys that could lead them to suffocate. Ensure all blankets and bedsheets are securely tucked into the bed. Keep the toys away from the bed.
No matter how many precautions and preventive measures one might take, accidents or misfortunes tend to happen. The only pre-determined action you can take is to be ready in such situations.
